Kurtz Crawlspace

Challenge

Rental home of the owner - House built in late 50's early 60's, Crawlspace was filled up with water after the rains in January.  Wanted a solution for this not to happen again and no other problems to occur. 

Solution

We were able to help her with this by providing the following.

1. Sub drains, fabric/rocks, 3 inch flex perforated pipe. Trench 70 feet.

2. Clean Space Encapsulation System & Drainage Matting

3. Sump pump
