Challenge

Water leaking from under the concrete in his condo. His staircase to get to the basement is outside and they have a sump pump that was put in by another contractor. But water is still coming from under concrete in the basement. 

Solution

We were able to solve there problem by doing the following for them. 

Demo and excavation concrete perimeter and entry lower landing

Install 40-50lf water guard with weep holes 24"oc

Install new check valve to in-line drain abs. 

Install new sump basin with X3 subdrain connections

Covered the exposed concrete water guard
